Who are we hiring?
As a Coordinator, Digital Experience at Sphere Entertainment Co, you will play a pivotal role in Sphere’s digital strategy, product vision and operational programming across web, mobile, app and in-venue platforms to promote digital discovery of Sphere’s brand and experiences. You will work closely with our internal partners (e.g. Information Technology, Data & Analytics, Consumer Insights, Business Strategy, Marketing, etc.) to advance digital tooling & technology, improve capabilities to enhance content and gauge effectiveness of digital optimizations. Additionally, you will drive organizational performance by managing program intake, creating best practices, building strategic frameworks and optimize process workflows at scale. As a result, you will aid in driving increased traffic, conversion, and sales, along with improvements to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, has a strategic mindset with ability to solve ambiguous problems and has a thirst for continuous improvement.
What will you do?
- Business Case Development – Drive collaboration across stakeholders to promote digital experience operations; identify and scope innovative tools, features, and technologies, developing omni-channel digital strategies and creating business cases; structure complex and ambiguous problems into calculated solutions.
- Digital Experience Strategy – Contribute to holistic strategy for digital experience (e.g. goals, objectives, programming, product roadmap, tactics, etc.)
- Operational Cadence – Coordinate materials for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews; support launch of strategies and programs, identify key stakeholders to engage with across project lifecycle and translates business needs into scalable operational solutions.
- Process Optimization – Document workflows and processes to create scalable best practices, efficient operating models and tactical playbooks; assist with digital governance.
- Content Management – Contribute to core digital product and design content updates. Ability to manage and maintain content via website/app content management systems. Partner with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to launch and enhance rich content across sites & apps; to improve digital experience.
What do you need to succeed?
- 0-3 years experience in Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- Passion for sports, music, entertainment and pop culture.
- Experience collecting, synthesizing, and analyzing data for continuous improvement and refinement across functional areas by pulling analytics and data from Google Analytics, SEMRush, Facebook Insights, Hotjar, and other digital tools.
- Working Knowledge or experience with project management tools; JIRA and Airtable preferred.
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering or UX Design teams.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape (e.g. SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, push notifications, CRM, etc.)
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team, set clear objectives and create performance measures; demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, analytical, and process-oriented; comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills; exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word); experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables are a plus.
