Who are we hiring?

Sphere Studios is a dynamic and innovative creative studio that specializes in producing high-quality visual content, branding, and digital experiences for the Sphere in Vegas (with interior and exterior displays). Our collaborative team of designers, artists, and producers thrives in a fast-paced environment, constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity. We are seeking a temporary Production Manager to join our team and help oversee production workflows, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

This role will play a pivotal part in coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of our creative production processes. The ideal candidate will have well-rounded project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience working in a detail-driven environment.

What will you do? 

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage the production timeline for various creative projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the creative team (designers, art directors, writers, etc.), providing guidance and ensuring seamless communication between all departments.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for clients during the production process, providing status updates and managing client expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure that all necessary resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) are available and properly allocated for each project.
  • Quality Control: Review and obtain approval for deliverables, ensuring they meet the studio's quality standards and client specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any production-related issues or delays, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the project budget, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and stay within allocated limits.
  • Post-Production Coordination: Oversee post-production processes, ensuring the smooth transition from creative development to final delivery.

What do you need to succeed? 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred, or else equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in production management, preferably within a creative or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, production processes, and industry-standard software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, consultative, and interpersonal/soft skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing people and projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of design, video, and digital production processes is highly preferred.

Special Requirements 

  • Some work during non-conventional hours will be required.
  • Some travel to our venue in Las Vegas will be required.

Pay Range
$3,500$4,000 USD
