Who are we hiring?
We are seeking a Manager, Creative Content Production to join the Creative & Design hub of Sphere Studios and oversee marketing production operations across content development, production, and post-production – either focused on creative management or project management. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, managing complex workflows, and ensuring marketing-specific creative projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings production leadership, solid organizational rigor, and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders in a high-volume, detail-driven environment.
What will you do?
- Lead end-to-end marketing production planning and execution across multiple concurrent projects, from intake through final delivery
- Own marketing production timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with creative goals and business priorities
- Establish, manage, and continuously improve marketing production workflows, processes, and best practices
- Oversee marketing project tracking, ticketing, and closeout using tools such as Airtable, Excel, and cloud-based systems
- Build, maintain, and optimize Airtable functionality, including task trackers, equipment archives, and vendor databases
- Manage and support marketing production team members by assigning work, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and feedback
- Partner closely with marketing-oriented creative teams (video, photo, design, editorial, art direction) to ensure clear communication and efficient execution
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and senior partners, providing clear status updates and risk assessments
- Align cross-functional teams around priorities, timelines, and expectations
- Track marketing production and post-production expenses and ensure projects remain within approved budgets
- Lead vendor outreach, onboarding, contracting coordination, scheduling, and invoice review
- Ensure accurate documentation and archiving of bids, site logs, releases, cue sheets, clearance forms, and meeting notes
- Oversee calendar management, expense reconciliation, and departmental tracking
- Ensure timely and accurate communication, documentation, and reporting across teams
What do you need to succeed?
- 5+ years of experience in marketing content production, including roles such as producer, production manager, or senior coordinator
- Prior experience managing or leading marketing-focused production teams strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven success managing complex, high-volume creative productions in a studio, agency, or similar environment
- Strong understanding of marketing creative, production, and post-production workflows
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Advanced experience with project management tools (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
- Experience with video, design, and digital content production workflows strongly preferred
Special Requirements
- Work during non-conventional hours will be required
- Travel to our venue in Las Vegas will be required
