Who are we hiring?
The Beverage Operations role is responsible for replenishment of kegs and soda bibs while maintaining the cleanliness standards and rotation of product for applicable centralized beverage locations. This role will also assist setting up each centralized beverage location with correct amount of stock quantity given by management.
What will you do?
- Assist in the proper set-up and preparation of each central beverage location with applicable supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned locations in compliance with Southern Nevada Health Code and Sphere Food + Merchandise Division expectations
- Assist with proper inventory and stocking of each location; fill orders
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities per location as presented by manager
What do you need to succeed?
- Must have Southern Nevada Health Food Handler’s certificate and understand food handling guidelines according to the Southern Nevada Health Code requirements.
- Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class; adhere to TEAM Training Guidelines.
- Excellent hospitality, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work professionally as a team player in a fast-paced, service environment.
Special Requirements
- Able to walk and stand for prolonged periods.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 100lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
