Who are we hiring? 

The Director of Client Services is responsible for leading the strategic delivery and execution of partner relationships across Sphere’s portfolio, predominantly in managing the fulfillment of our Exosphere advertising campaigns. This role ensures best-in-class servicing, drives long-term partner value, and elevates the end-to-end client experience across all touchpoints—from onboarding through campaign execution, reporting, and renewal.

Sitting at the intersection of internal teams inclusive of: Ad Sales, Creatives & Project Management and external clients and agencies. This role plays a critical part in translating partnership vision into flawless execution, while identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

What will you do? 

Deliver exceptional service to our advertising partners and ensure all contractual obligations are  fulfilled consistently and flawlessly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with  clients, acting as the main point of contact  throughout the campaign lifecycle – including development, content creation, production, in-flight execution, and post-campaign recaps and reporting
• Understand clients' goals, objectives and expectations, and  collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that campaigns align with the client’s strategic vision
• Coordinate with  clients’ creative teams and agencies to ensure the development of compelling  creative assets that effectively convey the  client’s message
• Ensure that white-glove service is provided  during live campaigns in Las Vegas, including coordinating footage capture and supporting onsite client hosting and execution
• Deliver end-of-campaign reports to clients, summarizing campaign progress, performance metrics, and return on investment
• Build  strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to Sphere Creative, Operations, Strategy, Communications, Legal, Finance and external sales and agency production teams
• Manage day-to-day responsibilities for the department including status reports, weekly planning calls, budgets, CRM and other operational processes

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Lead senior relationships across key partners and agencies, acting as primary point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Deliver exceptional, white-glove service while aligning campaigns to client goals and strategic objectives
  • Own key touchpoints including executive presentations, weekly status meetings and budget management

Strategic Delivery & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of partnerships, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled flawlessly
  • Translate partner objectives into clear, cross-functional plans spanning development, production, and live campaigns
  • Ensure seamless execution across creative, content, and on-site experiences in Las Vegas

Operational Excellence & Process Innovation

  • Implement scalable frameworks across onboarding, planning, reporting, and campaign management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including status reporting, planning cadence and budgets
  • Drive efficiency, consistency, and margin improvements

Insights, Reporting & Storytelling

  • Partner with Analytics to deliver insight-led, client-ready campaign reporting and ROI analysis
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sphere Studios team Operations, Strategy, Communications, Legal and Finance
  • Coordinate development of compelling creative that delivers on client objectives
  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact outcomes
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across internal and external stakeholders

What do you need to succeed? 

  • 8+ years’ experience in strategic consulting, client services, or account management, ideally within media, entertainment, tech, live events, or agency environments
  • Exceptional commercial production and project management skills, attention to detail and operational rigor
  • Confident communicator, comfortable leading both internal and client-facing meetings and presentations
  • Highly adaptable and responsive, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilst being comfortable managing shifting priorities and reacting quickly to evolving business and client needs
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across internal teams and external partners
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
  • Experience with tools such as Airtable or similar platforms is a plus

Special Requirements 

  • Periodic travel between Burbank and Las Vegas

Pay Range
$170,000$190,000 USD
