Who are we hiring?

The Recruiter, People Acquisition will manage full life cycle recruiting for their assigned organization.  This position will work with hiring managers in the requisition intake process and partner with People Practices teams on processes to open and fill roles. The position will manage high-volume recruiting for hourly positions, including hiring event logistics and management. The position will develop and manage sourcing strategies, assess and interview candidates while guiding and coaching hiring managers through the process of attracting and onboarding best-in-class and diverse talent.


What will you do?

  • Manage high-volume hourly recruitment; including hiring event logistics, management, and execution.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and recruit top talent that aligns with and meets key business priorities
  • Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates; sourcing tools include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and industry-oriented sites & blogs
  • Collaborate with business and People Practices partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the business
  • Conduct screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications, compensation and convert hard-to-find passive talent through your understanding of the business and employee value proposition
  • Provide appropriate coaching and guidance on the interviewing and selection process to all hiring managers
  • Actively manage client and candidate experience and expectations throughout the recruitment process
  • Lead offer preparation and negotiations with candidates
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete in a competitive market for talent
  • Maintain and support the reporting processes and is excited to tell stories with data
  • Organize and participate in people acquisition related events (i.e. job/career fairs) to attract talent to our organization, including all administrative task involved.

What do you need to succeed?

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience, with a background in high-volume recruiting
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse is plus
  • The ideal candidate loves to recruit and can think creatively to help identify the best in class talent in emerging spaces
  • Has a strong client service bias and a positive, can-do attitude ensuring that all client needs are met
  • Holds the candidate and hiring manager experience in high regard and can demonstrate agility and patience through difficult situations
  • Responsive and focused on the quality of hire while maintaining a sense of urgency to meet all client needs
  • Experience developing reporting, aggregating data to share with client groups
  • Enjoys process and identifying opportunities to continually improve



Pay Range
$75,000$115,000 USD
