Food & Merchandise Supervisor – Suits (Part-Time)

The Supervisor, F&M Operations ensures an exceptional guest experience throughout the levels of the MSG Sphere by leading and directing front-line colleagues. The Supervisor collaborates across functions to achieve business results and reacts as needed within a fast paced and dynamic environment. What will you do?

  • Accountable for daily supervision and leadership of front-line colleagues in F&B outlets such as concessions, suites, clubs, restaurant, and catering; takes ownership of assigned locations and maintains a clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing environment 
  • Manages the content and delivery of pre-shift meetings; communicates event-related information and ensures front-line staff is informed and following event instructions. 
  • Addresses customer concerns, feedback and suggestions in a timely and efficient manner, offers recovery solutions and escalates as appropriate. 
  • Conducts monthly audits, daily inventory and trains and motivates staff. Participates in meetings as deemed necessary. 
  • Collaborates with all colleagues in multiple departments.
  • Ensures that front line colleagues are compliant with Company policies and local/state regulations.
  • Assesses, evaluates and provides consistent, fair and timely feedback to front-line colleagues through various methods (i.e., coaching, mentoring, one on one)
  • Proactively identifies and recommends solutions to departmental challenges.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience 
  • Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations and proper food handling certifications.  
  • Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class; adheres to TEAM training guidelines. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with all levels in the organization in a variety of settings and group sizes. 
  • Experience in Point of Sale (POS), purchasing and inventory systems. 
  • Comfortable employing sound business judgement to manage conflict and resolve guest concerns with a sense of urgency.

  • Front of House staff  

Special Requirements:

  • Ability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift.  
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.

    • Alcohol Certification Card  
    • Food Handler Safety Training Card
    • Non-Gaming Sheriffs Card
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to serve alcohol in Nevada

Hourly Pay Range
$32$32 USD
