Manager Revenue

Who are we hiring?

This position will be responsible for strategically optimizing revenue generation across various streams, which will include pricing strategy, managing inventories, and analyzing market trends. Primary focus on the Sphere Experience shows and support other departments/products as needed. This position is responsible for forecasting/budgets (working with Finance), all analytical and statistical modeling to maximize revenue, set pricing, and optimizing venue utilization. 

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand patterns, seasonality, and market conditions to maximize revenue and yield.
  • Utilize forecasting models and tools to predict future demand and revenue; adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales data to develop pricing strategies that optimize ticket sales while maintaining competitive positioning.
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing departments and Finance team to align pricing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Utilize revenue management software and tools to support pricing decisions and optimize revenue performance.
  • Partner with the Revenue Analyst, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative team environment.
  • Liaise with Ticketing/Box Office to support all Sales & Marketing pricing-related initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies with promotional efforts and marketing campaigns.
  • Generate and present regular reports on revenue performance, pricing effectiveness, and market trends.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing models.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams and other key stakeholders to gather insights and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant or related work experience required in revenue optimization in Sports, Entertainment, Venue, Hospitality or similar industry
  • Strong experience with Ticketmaster operations and applications (Archtics, Host, TM One).
  • Tableau and Pricemaster experience preferred.
  • Strong marketing, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Knowledge of analysis, and preparation of reports
  • Strong computer skills (highly skilled in Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.)
  • Pricemaster experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range
$83,000$125,000 USD
