Manager Ticketing

Who are we hiring?

The Ticketing Manager will be responsible for the ticketing operations related to the Sales & Marketing department as requested, including group ticket orders, event, suite packages, third party sales, partners and comps.  This includes implementing operational strategy and tactics of price changes and promotional offers.

What will you do?

  • Work with Box Office by providing QA assistance on the Sphere Experience show schedule, pricing, and inventory.
  • Maintain timely communication with stakeholders, business units, team members, peers, and others to convey any ticketing operations issues.
  • System preparations, including building promo codes, affiliate links, and group ticketing buyouts in relevant ticketing systems.
  • Create and maintain Sales & Marketing promotions (VIP packages, value-add, discounts).
  • Support with the creation of tutorials and materials for partners, groups, and consumers to access tickets and accounts.
  • Manage custom barcode ticketing requests and procedures for private experiences and large groups.
  • Assist with box office to program scanners, testing barcodes and trouble-shooting scan issues prior to events.
  • Serve as an extension of the box office to support sales and marketing team with Archtics training, event management and troubleshooting.
  • Keep team up to date on the latest ticketing operation trends and functionality.
  • Fulfill Sales & Marketing requests which will include Comps program, Concierge tickets, and tour and travel partners.
  • Transact all approved Sales & Marketing refunds and cancellations as needed.
  • Assist in reporting and correspondence.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 5 years of ticketing experience in Ticketmaster Host, ARCHTICS, Account Manager and TM1 Entry.
  • Ability to demonstrate success in accurately managing multiple tasks while under tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and implementing new strategies and procedures.
  • Good interpersonal skills; well-versed in conflict-resolution scenarios.
  • Able to troubleshoot issues and find optimal solutions.

Pay Range
$83,000$120,000 USD
