Who are we hiring?

The Dishwasher’s duties include cleaning appliances and machines, emptying trash receptacles, washing and mopping floors, walls, ceiling, vents, bathrooms, and hoods, restocking areas as needed and being supportive of the chefs and kitchen staff.  

What will you do?

• Ensure the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, and pans. 
• Prepare kitchen for next shift by cleaning all areas, equipment, appliances and ensuring the removal of trash.  
• Ensures each guest receives outstanding guest service by adhering to the company’s Circle of Service standards; communicates guest’s requests to stand level supervisors or area supervisors.  
• Unload and store deliveries as necessary.
• Mop floors in the event that items are broken or spilled. 
• Support kitchen staff by assisting with additional tasks, as needed. 
• Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures when necessary.
• Preform opening and closing responsibilities per location as presented by manager.

What do you need to succeed? 

• Must have Southern Nevada Health Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Have knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Code.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures. 
• Strong problem solving and communication skills. 
• Exceptional time management skills. 

Special Requirements: 

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Must be comfortable with heights. 
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds. 
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
