Who are we hiring?

The Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and food items to sell to guests during events in a friendly & courteous manner. This position is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness of their assigned location, processing cash and charge transactions and assisting Team Leads with timely set-up and breakdown of all work areas, specifics in food safety, food production, guest relations, equipment use and maintenance.

What will you do?

  • Be engaging to all guests, make recommendations, while taking their drink orders and completing all credit card transactions prior to serving.
  • Set up bar prior to event, maintain cleanliness of space during event and clean-up bar at event conclusion.
  • Checks identification to ensure authenticity and confirm it meets the legal drinking age of 21.
  • Mixes, garnishes and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
  • Responsible for inputting all F&B orders in the POS terminals for guests to ensure all transactions are captured and recorded.
  • Assist with daily/monthly physical inventory count.
  • Address any guest questions or concerns, escalating to Supervisor as needed.
  • Adhere to Southern Nevada Department of Health food handling regulations and Company’s alcohol service guidelines (TEAM training guidelines)

What do you need to succeed?

  • The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience, bartending license a plus. 
  • Must be friendly, outgoing and create a welcoming environment to guests.
  • Have commitment to high quality customer service and ability to handle a high-volume environment.
  • Experience using POS system and efficiently completing payment transactions.
  • Must take and pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training class.
  • Must have Health Card and Sheriff’s Card before starting work.
  • Proven ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively. 

Special Requirements

  • Able to walk and stand during the entire shift.
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50.
  • Must be flexible to rotate positions within a shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.

Hourly Pay Range
$20$20 USD
