Who are we hiring?
We are seeking a project-based Creative Director to help plan a high-profile, multi-platform campaign for an upcoming corporate takeover event at the Sphere. This role is a limited-term engagement focused entirely on driving all creative aspects of this landmark event—from strategy and concept to execution—across the Exosphere, media plane, experiential activations, and beyond.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative leader with deep experience developing compelling brand experiences across digital, physical, and immersive platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping a cohesive, innovative campaign that positions our client at the forefront of technology and culture during its takeover of the Sphere.

What will you do?

  • Direct and execute all creative elements of the takeover campaign alongside a team of Creative Directors and a show director, ensuring a bold, unified vision across the Exosphere, media plane, on-site experiential activations, and social platforms.
  • Curate and develop compelling content for the Exosphere’s massive LED canvas, optimized for viral moments and real-time audience engagement.
  • Lead ideation and content development across campaign touchpoints—from experiential visuals to high-impact brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Leverage market trends, pop culture, and tech innovation to inform campaign direction and maximize cultural relevance.
  • Drive creative alignment and excellence across all deliverables, ensuring the event’s quality and impact match the scale of the Sphere.
  • Guide a team of art directors and designers supporting the project.
  • Present ideas to senior leadership and external partners with clarity, confidence, and vision.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 5+ years of Creative Director-level experience developing and executing brand campaigns and events at scale, ideally in experiential and digital-first environments.
  • Proven success in delivering immersive campaigns with multiple content streams and platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CG and motion design pipelines; real-time or live-action experience a strong plus.
  • Strong conceptual thinking paired with hands-on design and storytelling skills.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale experiential activations and branded environments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; able to pitch creative vision to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and problem-solve in a dynamic campaign environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Keynote, and/or 3D tools.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced creative timelines, multi-disciplinary teams, and high-impact brand moments.

Special Requirements

  • Non-conventional work hours and occasional travel may be required.
