Who are we hiring?
The Vice President of Revenue & Data Science will lead the Revenue Strategy and Data Science organization, responsible for building and maintaining a sophisticated, scalable ecosystem of tools, models, and insights that drive revenue optimization across a multi-content slate. This role will own the development and execution of dynamic pricing models, predictive analytics, forecasting frameworks, inventory management and decision-support systems that inform scheduling, marketing, distribution, and commercial strategy.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role for a dynamic, innovative thinker who can navigate complex business problems, translate ambiguity into structure, and build high-performing teams that blend commercial acumen with advanced analytics.
What will you do?
- Lead, develop and implement comprehensive revenue and inventory management strategies to maximize revenue, utilization, and long-term value.
- Build and oversee predictive models for demand, pricing, inventory, forecasting, and performance scenarios.
- Establish short- and long-range forecasting frameworks that support decision making.
- Develop models that optimize scheduling across a multi-content slate, to drive revenue, utilization and audience growth.
- Identify and integrate high impact first-party and third-party data sources; own data governance and quality standards.
- Develop annual ticket sales budgets and accurate forecasts based on market trends, historical data and other relevant factors.
- Implement structured processes (business review, key issues analysis, key idea development and marketing plan integration) to improve outcomes
- Research and evaluate new sales and partnerships opportunities that may allow for scaling and automating analysis and workflows.
- Develop, manage, and communicate the show schedule calendars, show times, pricing, yield strategies, inventory management, that optimizes revenue.
- Oversee budget management for all ticket programs as well as trade and comp budget lines.
- Foster collaboration with marketing, finance, Data & Analytics, sales, product development and other departments to ensure alignment in achieving revenue goals.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing collaborative team across revenue strategy, analytics, and data science disciplines.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, innovation, rigor, and accountability.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership, contributing to broader business strategy beyond revenue optimization.
- Communicate complex concepts with clarity and influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
What do you need to succeed?
- 12+ years of experience in revenue strategy, analytics, data science, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience building and scaling dynamic pricing models, forecasting systems, or advanced analytics platforms in complex, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of how commercial levers (pricing, inventory, timing, marketing) interact to drive demand and revenue.
- Demonstrated experience working with both first-party and third-party data ecosystems.
- Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, hospitality, media, sports, or adjacent industries is highly preferred.
- Notable leadership and strong executive presence in large, complex organizations with responsibility for significant revenue budget and an ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to understand and successfully take charge of difficult organizational problems and to formulate/drive appropriate solutions
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment as new situations and initiatives arise and able to work independently when necessary and use sound business judgment.
